Red Rhino Futures understands the intricacies of managing and implementing a strategy with effective planning, organizing, leading, controlling, and following-up. Therefore, upon completion of the futures research project, (see Strategic Positioning Towards the Future under the Services tab) Red Rhino Futures engages in a critical analysis of our customer's organisations from a change management perspective (dialogic vs. diagnostic), assisting our customers in effectively implementing the strategic objectives of the futures research project conducted. 

 

This package includes:

• Creation of a change management task team made up of key role-players within the organisation.

• Analysis of the organisation to determine the best change management approach (dialogic vs. diagnostic) to be followed in the implementation and management of the futures research's strategic objectives. 

• Bi-weekly meetings between Red Rhino Futures and the internal change management task team to ensure effective implementation of the futures research's strategic objectives. 

• Monthly progress reports on the implementation of the futures research's strategic objectives.
